ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES.

Any vendor may attach their companies name to the following events, for the additional amounts listed. These will be filled on a first come first served basis. Please call/ email if you are interested in becoming a sponsor for any of the events listed below and/or would like more information. Friday’s Event –

President’s Social – $750.00 : Friday evening, 7-10 PM, 60-70 attendees (Executive Board and Conference Committees members) in an informal setting. The sponsor would have 3-5 minutes to make a short presentation to the entire group and have the opportunity to interact with members throughout the evening.

Saturday’s Events –

First General Session – $1,500.00 : Saturday morning, 150 –250 conference attendees in a formal setting. The Sponsor would have 5-10 minutes to make a presentation to the entire group prior to the beginning of the General Session. The Sponsor may distribute their Brochure to the membership.

Mini Sessions – $600.00: There will be three (3) mini session time slots on Saturday with as many as four (4) different topics being discussed for a total of 12 individual sessions with approximately 150-250 attendees. The Sponsor would have the opportunity to have their Brochure distributed by an IADA Presider.

LTI Classes – $450.00: There will be three (3) LTI Class sessions on Friday and Saturday with as many as four (4) different classes being taught for a total of 12 classes with approximately 80-150 attendees. The Sponsor would have the opportunity to have their Brochure handed out by an LTI instructor who would read a short promo for the Sponsor prior to each of the LTI classes.

Division Meetings – $300: There will be seven (7) Division meetings on Saturday at 4:00 PM with approximately 100-200 attendees. The Sponsor(s) would have the opportunity to have their Brochure handed out by a Division Liaison.

Hospitality Room – $1, 500.00: Saturday and Sunday evening, 9-12 PM. The Sponsor would have the opportunity to interact with the membership throughout both nights in an informal setting.

Sunday’s Events –

Second General Session – $ 1,500.00: Sunday morning, 150-250 conference attendees in a formal setting. The Sponsor would have 5- 10 minutes to make a presentation to the entire group prior to the beginning of the Second General Session. The sponsor may distribute their Brochures to the membership.

Mini Sessions – $400.00: There will be two (2) mini session time slots on Sunday with as many as four (4) different topics being discussed for a total of eight (8) individual sessions with approximately 100-200 attendees. The Sponsor would have the opportunity to have their Brochure handed out by an IADA Presider.

Vendor Social – $1,000.00: Sunday afternoon at 3 PM. The Sponsor would have 5-10 minutes to make a presentation to the entire group prior to the Vendor Social and would have the opportunity to interact with the membership throughout the Social in an informal situation.

Sunday Night Social – $1, 500.00: Sunday evening, 6:00 PM, 100-200 attendees. The Sponsor would have 5-10 minutes to make a presentation to the entire group prior to the Social and would have the opportunity to interact with the membership throughout the evening in an informal setting.

Conference Gifts – $2,000.00: Would be the sponsor of the conference gift given to each attendee to the Conference. When the attendee received their gift an IADA representative would explain that the Sponsor was the vendor who provided the conference gift to the attendee.

Monday’s Events –

Third General Session – $ 1,000.00: Monday morning 9:00 AM, 100-150 conference attendees in a formal setting. The Sponsor would have 5-10 minutes to make a presentation to the entire group prior to the beginning of the General Session. The Sponsor may distribute their Brochure to the membership.

Grand Prize Drawing – $750.00: Monday morning after the IHSA Panel, 100-150 conference attendees in a formal setting. The Sponsor would draw the Grand Prize raffle ticket.

Golf Outing Gift – $1,500.00: Monday afternoon 12:30- 6PM, 100-125 players. The Vendor would sponsor the Golf outing gift, given to each participant at the golf tournament. The Sponsor would have the ability to play in the golf outing (no charge) and meet informally with the players throughout the afternoon and evening and would assist in giving out the tournament prizes at the conclusion of the tournament.

Golf Outing Dinner – $1,500: Monday evening 6:00 PM, 100-125 players. The vendor would be able to make a short presentation to Athletic Directors who have decided to play in the tournament. The Sponsor would have the ability to play in the golf outing (no charge) and meet informally with the players throughout the afternoon and evening and would assist in giving out the tournament prizes at the conclusion of the tournament.

The mission of the Illinois Athletic Administrators Association is to take an active role in preserving, enhancing, and promoting eductional based athletics within the State of Illinois.  The IADA provides a commitment to professional development of its members in areas of education, leadership, and service.  Working in conjunction with the Illinois High School Association, National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association, and National Federation of High Schools, the IADA wishes to create quality interscholastic athletic participation opportunities for all Illinois students.
